Assembly
Company Kibernetika offers outsourcing in assembly and embedded boards
production. Our knowledge and experience lead us to focus on SMT
production. Reasons for this choice are many but main are:
- smaller dimensions of PCB
- reliability
- possibility to launch bigger quantity of boards in short period of time
- many components are only SMD
- pricing
Outsourcing in soldering and testing modules mainly in SMT, can be done from
prototype to few thousands of modules. Using component placers, starting
number of boards can be hundred to few thousands, depending on pricing.
Components ranges: from 0603, SOIC, TSOP, QFP and TQFP.
Assembly service does not include components itself. PCB boards can be
supplied by Kibernetika, if there is not differently specified.
Kibernetika can offer THT production as well, by manual soldering or by
wave
soldering machines.
